At Medda Labs, each product is carefully prepared, sealed, and packaged prior to shipment. Because of the sensitive and research-based nature of our materials, we enforce strict return and refund guidelines to ensure product integrity and regulatory compliance.

Final Sale Policy

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it is considered final.

For safety, quality control, and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened products under any circumstances.

Items Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
  • Include your order number along with clear photographs of the outer packaging and the affected product.

After reviewing and confirming the damage, Medda Labs will issue a replacement shipment at no additional charge.

Failure to report transit damage within the required timeframe may result in denial of replacement.

Shipping or Fulfillment Mistakes

If you receive:

  • The wrong product, or
  • An incomplete shipment

Please notify our team within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting documentation (photos of received items).

Once verified, we will promptly send the correct item(s) at no cost to you.

Situations Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

Medda Labs is unable to provide refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:

  • Products that have been opened, altered, used, or tampered with after delivery.
  • Shipments delayed, seized, or rejected by customs or other regulatory authorities.
  • Packages lost or misdelivered due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information submitted at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.
